Hi Moms, I haven't written a tips and tricks post in a while, in order to make sure that the information on here really is as helpful as can be, regardless of the stage your little one is at. Motherhood (thus far) has been a ride filled with joy, sleep deprivation, exhaustion, baby giggles, pride and delight, but most of all - GUILT!! Balance is a universal female goal that remains evasive, as even when we are trying to balance, we are hardwired to leave a part of our heads (or at least  hearts) with our little ones. Breastfeeding on the other hand, for mothers who are able to make it through the tumultuous beginning is a source of joy and bonding (and ofcourse, pain, prohibition and frustration as well). However, it cannot go on for ever (thank heavens), and everyone does eventually reach a point where they want to move on. Not that we don't all know someone who is or has nursed a baby for much longer than is medically necessary, but this is a decision for the mother to make when she (and her baby) are ready.
